The Himalayan Buddhist Cultural School was established on 15th May 1997 under the supervision of the Himalayan Buddhist Cultural Association. The School follows the syllabus prepared by the H.P. Education Board of Dharamshala. The school is affiliated with H.P. Board Dharamshala. We are teaching Bhoti extra language from first to tenth classes. The School was initially started in a rented building in take of 30 students. With time, the school grew, and today we have 1st to 10th class and the strength of 355 students. This year we have the 19th batch of the 10th class. During these periods we have been able to construct our own school building situated at Batahar Bihal which is in Kullu Distt. In our school building, we have a number of classrooms full of teaching equipment like a blackboard, charts, chalk, duster, smart classroom, etc. We have also a Science lab, Computer lab, and Library. In the Library we have approximately 3500 books.
